Teaching Philosophy

My philosophy of education is to motivate students to strive for and achieve their goals of becoming the best that his/her own ability allows. Education should center around disciplined learning; and provide an opportunity for each student to realize higher goals for themselves. In doing so, an overall learning process can occur. In order to achieve these goals, I feel skills test and active participation are necessary. We, as educators, should make the learning process as enjoyable as possible.
